PreSite is a digital site plan creation tool designed for sales professionals in the house and land industry. PreSite revolutionises the site plan creation process - enabling the quick generation of preliminary site plans, 3D visualisations, and automated analysis, empowering users to enhance efficiency and accuracy in their work.
I designed the original iteration of the product in 2018 which was focussed solely on site plan creation. In 2022, I evolved the core site plan creation tool and expanded the product to incorporate new functionality, and also create a new brand identity and website for the product.
Background
In the house and land industry, accurate site planning is a critical first step to determine the possibilities of a site, and communicate with clients. However, the traditional site planning process is often time-consuming and manual, hindering sales teams' ability to respond promptly to clients' needs and reducing their sales potential.
Goals
The goal for PreSite was to create an intuitive and accessible digital tool that simplifies the site planning process, enabling professionals to quickly generate site plans, visualize the project on the site, and streamline cost and site analysis in a user-friendly manner.
